Fast Track Claims
Getting you compensation quickly
Perhaps you have been left unable to work to your full capacity, or you are struggling to pay your rent because your income support has been stopped as a result of your accident.
Whatever the case, if you have been injured in an accident and your injuries have affected you financially, then we understand your need to get compensation as quickly as possible.
At Nationwide Injury Lawyers, we have our own fast track claims process which ensures we build you a compelling case for compensation – potentially within just a few weeks. Our aim is to always get you compensation quickly so that you can get on with your life.
We can process accident claims in as little as 6-8 weeks. This short turnaround time is the result of our refined fast track claims process, during which we will investigate your claim efficiently and collect all required evidence quickly. We will also interview you swiftly and set up your medical examination within just a few weeks of starting your accident claim.
Factors affecting claim length
It is important to note however that the length of time it will take to process your claim depends on how complex your claim is, and who the other side is; some insurers and organisations are notoriously slow at processing claims, and they do have their own claims process to follow in which they will investigate your claim. Rest assured however that we will do all we can to bring your claim to a conclusion as quickly as possible.
What are Fast Track claims in court?
The vast majority of personal injury claims never see the inside of a court room, however those that do are allocated to a Track. Fast Track claims are claims that have been deemed to be straightforward by courts and therefore can be processed quickly. For example, a claim may be allocated to this Track if the evidential requirements are straightforward.
The vast majority of personal injury claims with a value less than £25,000.00 are allocated to what is called the Fast Track. However, a claim with a value greater than this may also be allocated to Fast Track providing that the final hearing will take less than a single day. If the final hearing will likely take longer than a single day, it will be allocated to the ‘multi-track’.
