At Nationwide Injury Lawyers, we recognise that legal advice and representation is only part of the valuable service that we can provide to our clients.

That is why your industrial accident solicitors will be at hand throughout the claims process to provide additional support should you require it, and to answer all of your questions.

Medical planning and coordination

One of the most valuable additional services our lawyers provide is the planning and coordination of medical care. Vulnerable people, such as the elderly, often have no means of planning their own medical care. However even those who are otherwise able to manage their own care often find this is too much of a burden in the aftermath of an accident.

Our lawyers can manage your medical care for you, to ensure that you have access to the very best care and support, no matter your injuries. We will get in touch with the people who can help you recover from your injuries and this service is provided as part of the ‘no win, no fee’ claims process, meaning we will recover these costs from the other side.

Can industrial accident solicitors support my family also?

If any members of your family were injured alongside you in your accident, or if they have been affected emotionally or psychologically by your accident or injuries, then your industrial accident solicitors can plan and coordinate support for your family too.

If a family member was injured at the same time as you, however, we would advise that they make their own personal injury claim. This will be a separate claim from yours and the reason we recommend this is because you will both receive a compensation pay-out, providing your claims are successful. If the other person injured is a minor (under 18), then you can put in a claim on their behalf as their ‘litigation friend’.

What if I need financial support?

Being a law firm, we are unable to provide you with financial advice or support. However, we are able to refer you to the people and organisations who can. If you require any such support, simply ask your lawyer and they will look into your options for you.
